This is the second part of this journey. And I have invited Nikki Vox back onto the podcast to talk about subconscious reprogramming and nervous system regulation and how having her in my corner during this time was how I navigated and shifted through this experience to ultimately come through to the other side feeling more free, Clear and at ease. Hello. Hello. Welcome Nikki. Welcome back to the Alchemy Mindset podcast. I feel like it's just yesterday. I had you on the show and we had a big conversation about podcasting and sharing stories and the value of sharing our stories through this medium. And here you are. We're back. We're back together again. We are. Thank you so much for having me. I love, I love chatting with you and having mind blowing conversations. Oh, it's so much fun. And I have to say like, before we knew what happened before we knew what happened, I had the intention of having you come back onto the show anyway, to talk about your amazing aspect of what you're doing at the moment, which is nervous system regulation and mindset, more subconscious reprogramming for your clients and for the world and for your community as this new aspect of what you've. Basically birthed into the world over the last, I think like 12 months or so since I last saw you. Is that right? Yeah. It's like almost, yeah, like 13 months if we want to be exact. Yeah. Isn't that crazy? And actually, when I saw that you had done a particular kind of training in and around all of this, I was like, Oh my God, Nikki, I am so in love with this already. I want to work with you. I cannot wait to work with you. And it just had to be. That perfect, right timing, which was, I think in back of the start of July, somewhere we hooked up when we were starting the three month coaching program. And in that time I had the intention of maybe we'll work a bit on business mindset and money mindset and knowing that I'm going to be like going through the last round of IVF and all this kind of stuff. Like maybe it'll be something in there, not knowing what the universe had in store. Which, if the listener hasn't listened to the previous episode, you might want to pause this, go hear the whole story, because this is why I've brought Nikki in to basically give her spin and her take and her words as to how she has supported me and why what she does has been so effective in supporting me. Because I can say without Nikki in my corner during this time, I think I would have. Exploded, self imploded and all of the other things in between. So, having Nikki there to support me through nervous system regulation, subconscious reprogramming and just being able to navigate what was really a very, oh, like, it's really interesting. I'm just going to say a side note. I was reflecting on this before I hit record today. At the time, it was. All encompassing. It was discombobulating, whatever it is. It was disorientating. I felt like I was shoved between different timelines. I was in portals. I was being squeezed out the other end. I had no idea where I was. I just didn't feel like I was firmly planted into this life or into my body. But at the same time. I knew that this was happening for me, like this was a reason for it to happen for me. It wasn't to me and that to have Nikki there to support me, like at the time, I just didn't realize this was what was all going to flow and come out and why I needed you in my corner at this moment in time. So just to recap for the listener in the previous episode, I just quickly talked about shamanic death that I went through. Okay. And how it all evolved with the fact that my car was stolen and then burnt to the ground to a crisp. And that whole episode and that whole entire experience really threw me and it wasn't just in the fact that someone came into my house and stole my keys and stole my car and took it for a joyride and set it on fire in the bush. It was, The actual symbolism of the car and everything else that had been, I guess, brewing up until that moment in time. So I'd felt it right from the start of the year that there was a shift coming. And even I can remember Instagram stories prior where I was sitting in the car crying going, I feel like there's this expansion happening. I'm not sure what it's about. I don't really understand it. Something's happening. I'm just going to try and go with the flow, see what happens. And then lo and behold, this car episode is like the significant impact that landed, like the meteorite that landed on my planet and set my whole world apart. So before we go any further, Nikki, please let us know what is. nervous system regulation and the subconscious reprogramming that you do. Like, let's talk about that first and then we'll piece together all the little bits and pieces as to what happened in and around that. Thank you. I'm going to actually go in with like, because I feel there's a couple of things that I want to say. Firstly, I think you had a real sense around that you wanted an identity shift, right? And I think a lot of women experience that. I'm Like, we change and shift as different seasons in our life, as mothers, as, you know, maiden to mother, and then mother to crone, and all that. And so I feel like for someone recognizing that they want an identity shift, it can be really imperative and important to have a guide, because as you've experienced, And, you know, I can talk about this in terms of nervous system, like co regulating with someone who can anchor into safety and who has walked some of the path before you and can hold you, but also expand you and grow you and challenge you and like call out your bullshit. But lovingly, you know, reprogram you and do all of those things. It's like, it's not just one thing. There's like a whole myriad of things that go into something like this. Like you called it a shamanic death. Like that's what it is. It's an ego death. It's a shift in identity. When we are shifting and up leveling, that's essentially what we're doing. And. It feels really discombobulating when that's happening. When you're doing a quantum leap, it feels like, oh my God, nothing is the same. There's so much change and I have nothing to anchor into. And so that's why I think having a guide or having someone that you can co regulate to is really useful, is really valuable to kind of move you through that transition and kind of like usher you in, you know. So I just kind of wanted to like point to that. Firstly, secondly, I wanted to talk about, so what was really important to me and you've seen like my own evolution, right? Was that I have had, you know, we've all had trauma. Lots of us have experienced trauma. I have always wanted to only ever be able to do this work, being able to help and facilitate shifts with people who have big trauma. I'm not saying that that's what you and I did, but for me, yeah. Like me shifting into this work and doing nervous system regulation and doing subconscious reprogramming. I had to understand and embody. It was like one of my core values to be able to do this so that if someone shows up in front of me who has experienced significant trauma, I am able to. Expertly and efficiently shift them through that so that they feel so much lighter at the end of their session with me, rather than heavier. And that's, I guess, one point of difference. I'd really love to point out about the work that I do versus the work that a traditional mindset coach or personal development coach, or even therapist. therapist will do, you know, they tend to like get in your feelings about it and almost re traumatize you with like, talk to me about all the things and how did that make you feel and saying that, you know, it's because you didn't feel enough at the time. And my argument is it's not that you didn't feel enough at the time. It's that one, your nervous system was activated in a way that didn't serve you and isn't useful. And actually your subconscious mind just hasn't got the memo that that's no longer happening. Like that's, and my heart is like expanding as I'm saying that when we experience trauma, when we experience something that significantly impacts us, like you did. Right. And it's, On a whole different spectrum. There's lots of different depths and intensities of trauma. But what happens is our subconscious mind freezes and we don't understand or get the memo that it has stopped. It's completed and we are now safe. So what happens is our nervous system keeps activating and that's where you can have dysfunction in the nervous system, right? Because it keeps spinning. The loop keeps going because it feels like you are walking around with a dysregulated nervous system. You're walking around activated in that fight and flight constantly, which means you do not have access to logic, intuition, creativity, solution, opportunity, all of those beautiful things, connection with other people, because you are quite literally. Your brain is fighting for life. Your brain thinks that you are threatened continuously and consistently. So what I do is I shift you out of that. I get your subconscious mind to understand, to update, to get the memo that it's finished. We're done with that. That happened in the past and we no longer have to live there and we're living here now and it's okay and it's safe and you know, and we get to. I help you update so you can access all of those beautiful, amazing things, which you've experienced, then life just shifts automatically, like things happen so positively. And I hope you can testify to the fact that I do it in a way that feels light, that sometimes we're laughing while we're going through it rather than like, Oh my God, this is so heavy. Like, you know, I would compare it to When you're lifting heavy furniture, like that's, if you've got more people to lift it right and make it lighter, it shifts so much easier. So that's how I use humor and things like that. So that I want to lift you. I want you leaving me feeling more inspired. I want you leaving me and myself lighter. session, feeling more energetic. Whereas I don't know about you, but I've certainly had experiences with previous coaches or things where they make me feel like shit and they make me stuck in intensity and shame and all of those things. And I am not interested in that. I'm not interested in, you know, like, because you can just let it go or you can choose a new thought. If we could just choose a new thought, don't you think we would have done that already? Absolutely. The world would be a completely different place, right? So, I don't actually think that thoughts and emotions come, like we choose them. I think they come from a place different, they come from our subconscious and when we can actually go in and reprogram that, then as a natural flow on effect, your thoughts and emotions are more enjoyable and are lighter and are clearer and you feel freer because we have dilated that. You know, a library of kind of, we could look at it like a library of shit. Oh yeah. And I, and actually, that's actually something I wanted to say. And you've hit the nail there for me was when I go back to think about, or even try and tap into those emotions that I had in August, because car got stolen end of July. It was August was my rock and roll ride. Everything feels very neutral. Like I can't tap into, I know, right? Isn't this amazing? It makes me want to cry. It's just like, oh yeah, my work is done. Because like, because this is part of the human condition, right? We all have past. So we have, like, let me talk quickly about, there's two facets of mind. We have our subconscious mind and we have our like more advanced part of our mind, right? Our advanced part of our mind, we need that. It can remember the past. It can imagine a future. But not many other living forms can do those things, but we are like quite literally magic because we can do that. And what I want for you is to be able to remember those things. Cause you want to remember the lessons, right? You want to be able to remember the gold, but I don't want any sensation coming up for you. I want complete neutrality so that you can share the gold in your message. Especially someone like you, Anna, who has so much magic and beauty to share and transformation to pass on and to impact your community. I want you to be able to take those lessons and be able to deliver that for your community, but I don't want it affecting you. I don't want it like disabling you. I don't want it harming you. So thank you. That's like, that's the world's biggest test I'm writing. Cause I love that. That's exactly what my work is about. Yeah, like I honestly, that was what I wanted to say. That was when I was tapping into the whole process. I've actually had to go through our voxer messages just to write down things, key moments, because I'm like, I know this happened and I can remember it and I can see all the parts, the moving parts of what happened and where I was when I experienced this or that. But I honestly cannot harness those feelings. or emotions again. I cannot, like, I cannot. They're not there. Like, I can't drum up that feeling of the anxiety, the fear, the confusion, the sense that I was neither here nor there. Like, I've written down, I think one response you gave to my message was, yes, you're collapsing timelines. And when that happens, time does go weird because that was the other thing. And I said, it feels so disorientating. I feel like I'm not in any place and Kerry will shed some light on some other aspects of what I was experiencing. But when I go back into those moments and times, there's nothing there. Like it's just a blank wall. It's neutral. It's a whiteboard of nothing. I can't. Actually relive and go through those emotions again, which we all know we can, like you said, we all have that intelligence and that ability to rehash an event and get really caught up in those emotions and feelings, the story, like we can relive it as if it happened yesterday through our mind, but I can't, I can see what happened. I know it happened and I will always remember it happened, but I have no. Connection to those feelings or emotions, which is very liberating and it's very free. Yes, and that's exactly how I want you and within myself. I feel lighter exactly what you said like clear free lighter. I feel like that. I don't feel like I've got this heavy burden on my heart or in my solar plexus or. Anywhere within my body and I feel great for it and the things that I experienced in those whole entire shifts and I will be forever grateful that you were there to help and support me through this because as you said, you know, this is a quantum shift or a shamanic death or whatever you want to call it. Someone said to me, Oh, it sounds like you're going through a rebirth. Yes, that could be also that too. It's a growth, it's a period of growth. And so we're shedding and letting go of something to. Welcome in and step into something that's new and that in itself, I feel like when we're stepping into that new identity, it can feel a little bit, um, uncomfortable. It's almost like we go to the shops and we buy new clothes, right? And then we get them home and they're a little bit starchy. They're a little bit stiff. They're very brand new. They haven't quite molded to our body yet. But the more times we wear it, we feel more comfortable and we settle into them, right? And they become our favorite thing. That's what we go for. Whereas at first it looked great on the hanger, but it was just a bit too fresh out of the packet. So I feel like that's what I was moving through and that this quantum leap, which I don't think I've ever experienced one with this much intensity at all in my life, was really like the culmination of everything. Everything I had been sensing from the start of the year up until then. And if I have to break that down or just describe that a bit more for the listener, I had this sense at the start of the year that something was shifting and expanding with me. And that just felt like letting go of something old, something that wasn't really serving me anymore. Oh, and not necessarily like is in. a way of, maybe in a way of doing something, but I guess how I felt and saw myself internally and I really was stepping into this word that I had channeled. Way back when called the entrepreneur s. So she was for me the embodiment of a queen. She was sovereign within her life She was empowered. She was emboldened She reigned her kingdom, but she was that divine feminine as well And I think that was really what's starting to flow in something new this new energy that was coming through that I've never really experienced before And so tapping into that version of who she was, like I was already doing things like chuck out everything in my wardrobe that doesn't serve me starting to buy clothes that really reflected on how I wanted to be seen and be like as a mom, as a wife, as a friend, as a business woman, when I did my soundbar feelings, like there was a lot of changes. Like I was like, okay, I'm finally putting pictures up on my wall in my house and I'm going to shift my office around and just little changes that sometimes it's like that spring cleaning sometimes. You know, where someone would be like, well, maybe I need to rearrange my room, like create some new shift in energy. That was little things just to go with a big thing. And, you know, people might say, oh, shame you lost a car. I mean, that's transport that's getting your family to A and B, et cetera. That for me, my car had been part of my identity when I had, it was like seven years ago, I bought that car. So there you go. Seven years, bit of a seven year shift. Seven years ago, I bought that car and that car represented, Everything that I wanted to build and have in Broome, like adventure, fun, freedom. You know, my car was called ginger. She was a sassy bitch, you know, we had great time, you know, but there was that feeling as well, and I messaged you and I said, leading up to this event, when my car got stolen, I actually had several moments where I got in the car and it was like, this doesn't feel like my car anymore. I don't know if you remember me saying that. Like, I, I actually clearly remember, like, usually when I got my car, I'd sit there and I go, I love my car. Like, I love the fact that I'm in this. Four wheel drive. I own her. She's mine. I take care of her. I love everything that she represents. Like we have so much fun. And I actually got into her a few times and I was like, this feels not like my car anymore. It was like a passing thought, but you know, obviously we're moving to the shops or wherever. So the thought comes and goes, but in reflection, it's like maybe the energy between us. Me, my car was shifting. What happens when you shift, right? Like you, you're shifting and then everything that you're energetically tied to kind of like, you know, it falls away and a lot of people can get attached to that. And I liken it to like, you get stuck. We get stuck to the ties of our past because even though we want to, from our logical mind, from the advanced part of our mind, we know we want to up level. We know we want something different. But that subconscious primal part of your mind needs to get the memo needs to be on board with that shift. Otherwise that shift is not going to go all the way through because you stay stuck. You stay stuck in terms of like, I see it. I'm a very visual person. Right. So it's like, I see it. You've got all these ribbons on you that are like stuck to things in the past and they can be experiences or, you know, memories, beliefs, all of these different things that You know, aren't serving us for where we're going. And a lot of people, they, you know, it just is, it's part of who they are. It's part of their identity. And so, you know, like, again, I don't want to say like, just let go of it because you can't just let go of those things. I feel like you can do this work yourself. I do this process for myself a lot. Now I can coach myself and, you know, help myself kind of delete and let go of previous things. But if you don't have that kind of training yourself, then you need someone to help you do that so that you can untangle from it. And I think much power in doing it with someone else too, because, you know, when energy comes together, it expands, right? And expanding energy is fuel and fuel power is a massive shift. And you did have a huge shift and I love the shift that you've had. You know, you can talk about some of the things and how much freer and clear and easy things have been since then. And that's, that's what I live for. Yeah, absolutely. And within that, you know, I remember messaging you and going, I've just had my highest, like week of income. I've just manifested my dream housemate. And there was a third thing that happened with all of that. And it all happened within a week while I was still shifting through this crazy. Moment, and you were like, yes, this is what's going to be happening for you on a regular basis. And one thing you kept saying, and I know it was that guiding sort of light of it feels shit now, but you have to remember or know that the other side, like when you get through that tunnel, it's going to be fucking magic. And that's, we have to keep moving towards. Because that is the thing, like this small moment of discomfort, which really it is when I think about it, like a few weeks of discomfort in my whole entire life to get to the other side, to know that that's. Frickin Nirvana, or whatever you want to call it. Utopia. Yeah. Yeah, all of that. I just want to explain the mechanism of that though, because like you experienced, it doesn't feel like that when you're in it. And so that's why it's really good to have a guide, because, and I just want to explain what's happening for your subconscious mind, and I think Probably even chatted about this in one of our sessions is like, when you're experiencing something like that, first of all, your fear is activated, or it can be anger, fight, flight, you know, or freeze. One of those things is activated. And what happens to the subconscious mind is it blows it up like a frozen photograph. And that photograph takes over your whole vision. So you can't see around it. You can't actually see the other side, which is why, again, it's so beneficial to have a guide sometimes because when you're in those huge moments of growth and those huge moments of like, Oh my gosh, everything is shifting. And I feel like I don't have any anchor to hold on to. Someone else needs to be able to usher you through to the other side because they have the safety they have, and you can co regulate to their nervous system. Like it's okay, babe. I've done this before. I've experienced it. You know, it's like, I promise you, you come out the other side. Does that make sense? You know, and that's where I think a lot of people, especially in our communities, in our kind of industry. A lot of people get to that point and then all of a sudden everything starts shifting and they freak out and then they go back. And that's where you get stuck in that back and forth, back and forth, and you feel like You can't actually get through that breakthrough. You can't actually land the quantum leap because when it like shit hits the fan and it starts getting real rather than running towards it, they run back to where, you know, they used to, which, and look, nothing wrong with that. We're all human. And that's what happened. I just wanted to explain that mechanism. So you understand what's going on within yourself, because I also think I'm also a huge believer in like, It is really difficult that we have these two facets of mind. We have this part of us that wants to keep us safe. That's its whole job. And it does a really great job at that. Like, let's not fight against it. Let's not, you know what I mean? Like that's part of how we've gotten here as a human race. But we also have this beautiful advanced part of us that can see future. It can imagine how we want to be. It can imagine our future versions of ourselves. So when we learn how to work with. Both of those facets of mind so that they're communicating and getting along and on the same page. It's so much easier to move through to the other side rather than, you know, cause I get it. I've done that for, you know, for many years where you get pulled back and sometimes still that happens. You know, we're human. It's part of what makes us who we are. And also, and that journey that we're here to experience, right? We're here to experience these things for our own soul's evolution, for our evolution within this time as well. Yeah, I will be forever grateful for having you there. As you said, someone to co regulate with. I really like that. I really liked the way that you described that because that person is grounded. That person has knows what's on the other side and can help steer you around these obstacles, move through these obstacles, and regulate yourself and reprogram so that when you get around the other side, you're like, Oh, I feel okay. Like I am still safe. And your subconscious mind can see that you're safe. And it takes in that new information that we are safe. That's okay. We don't need to go. Yeah. And this is us now. Yeah. And like, it opens up so much in terms of, and learning and understanding this kind of work, like I'm shifting your internal landscape so that your internal landscape matches what you imagine yourself to be and how you want to actually move through life, you know, whether that's more brave, more courageous, more, you know, more prosperous, whatever it is, like we are shifting your internal landscape to match that. So that again, yeah. On a pure frequency level, like you're, then you're vibrating at that frequency. It can't not happen. Does that make sense? Absolutely. From a more of a woo woo kind of perspective, I guess. Yeah. Yeah. We have the science and we got the woo woo. Yeah. Yeah. And it's great, isn't it? Like, isn't it amazing how these two can now come together and actually work together as well, like have the results. Because we all have goals and dreams and desires of things that we want to achieve and receive. But when we're stuck at these past programming and patterns. That's the hurdle that we're trying to shift or move through that is often the number one thing that is stopping us from having the thing that we want, that we desire, that we deserve, that we see ourselves having and allowing that to come to you so easily and effortlessly once the work is done. And I also want to point out there like we don't always have to go back into your past and like relive a past memory to like with a lot of this work I can get like a headline of what's going on for you and then we can shift through some processes around being able to shift the way that you are experiencing it right it's shifting basically shifting your perspective updating your subconscious mind so that you know if for instance you're having this Where you've got a co parent, and you don't really, you know, love catching up with that co parent or, you know, interacting with them. Like, we can shift for something that's happening right now. I don't have to go back into when you were six years old or three years old or whatever to like pull it out. I can, we can work with that. So that's like, again, you can have that sense of neutrality. You can live through the thing, move to the thing, and you're no longer activated. You no longer experience the sensations around that, that make you go, you make your nervous system activated, if that makes sense. So does that also then mean like, If there was something in the past where as a six year old you experience something similar that's now playing out in a respect with your co parent or whoever it is that you're having a difficult relationship with now, that's also like transforming that moment. Like does it have that ripple out effect in a way? In all directions. Yes, it does have that ripple out effect. And that's why, you know, each session is unique and different. And it depends on what occurs to me at the time and, you know, what's coming up for you too. But I just kind of wanted to point out, we don't always have to go digging into the past. It can be this happened last week, and I'd really love to change my response to this. Or, you know, another thing with moms is a lot of anger Coming up or rage. And they're like, I really don't want to be this way. And, you know, and so it's like, okay, cool. Like let's move with that and shift that and change that internal landscape. Because, you know, in terms of. I think I've explained to you this before. We like imagine our minds like we're all walking around with this like big data processor in our mind, right? And we're receiving information and we can call that data in every moment of our life. And some things come through the data processor and they go back out the other side or they get deleted or they get filed away. And the things that get stuck, you know, are things that have either reminded us of a previous experience where we felt unsafe or things that feel unsafe right now. And so those little stucknesses, that's what we're looking to remove. And it's a pretty simple process. And I would dare to say enjoyable process to be able to clear those things. And I love doing it. Yeah. I honestly have to say like, one thing I absolutely love about working with you, Nikki, is you have the most I want to say like sultry, but it's not sultry. It's just this beautiful tone and voice when you're leading me through like the visualization or the hypnosis or the meditation or the process, like it is so calming and it's so soft and it's so enjoyable to listen to. Like, I honestly feel like I am really being held in your presence, even though we are. Physically one-to-one with each other. Yeah. It's actually a really beautiful thing to hear Nikki's voice when she gets into her, like into her zone. Her mode into my zone. Yeah. I was like, I could listen to this all day. This is like one of these little, these voices that you wanna listen to that just sos you to sleep. It's like, hmm. Yeah. Thank you. That's so lovely. Thank you. I guess that's another reason why I have the private podcast feed for you, so you can like experience those things over and over again. Yes. If you want to, you know, which is kind of cool. Yes. Because I get that too, where you're like, oh, I just want, and that's what. Again, we can use the past for juice, right? Like you can use it to disarm you. You can use it like to like, Oh yeah, I just want to experience that, like that juice again, that flow, that aliveness, that energy, like whatever I'm always about, like whatever's going to give you more energy in the moment. Like, let's do that. We don't have to do things the hard way anymore. We can work with your unique. energy system to really like move the needle forward quicker and more potently with like intentional action so that you get there faster without expending as much energy, without getting burnt out, without experiencing like just all the struggle and turmoil that we typically get told we have to do. Like I'm over hustle culture, not about it. You know what? Okay. So here's another testimony to dear Nikki, cause this is something I recently communicated with her when I was on a holiday and exactly what you were just saying, this really supports everything you just said there against hustle culture against like, I can't remember what the other sentence you said there, but anyway, I was on holidays. For the first time in my entrepreneurial life being on holidays, I felt very relaxed. I had no anxiety or thoughts around work or whether or not I did enough to like leave my business in a place before I went on holidays. I didn't check in on Facebook or Instagram. I let go of everything that was even work related. And I was fully present with my family on holidays. I didn't even have any of those moments where sometimes, sometimes I will say to Francois, I just need 30 minutes. Cause I just need to go do something, whatever. And in that time, That's how free I felt. I will say, I felt so like, Oh, I've never experienced this before. And I'm not going to lie. I did not get through my to do list, my pre holiday to do list. I still had podcasts that I didn't get to record. There was other things I didn't get to do. And I was like, whatever, I'll do it when I get back. Who cares? It's my business, my timeframe. It's only on me. Nobody else is going to be chasing me. Right. I know, right. Felt so, Neutral and clear and just relaxed about it. It really surprised me because I'd never felt that before. There was always a little bit of angst or a little bit of shit. I didn't get it all done. I'm going to have to do a little bit. And I felt no pressure at all. Absolutely zero fucks towards my work. And I was away. And having said that, I did work hard before I left to make sure I'd set up some emails to go out to just let people know I still had places for an upcoming workshop, just so that I wasn't having to, you know, hustle around or even within this week or two weeks before it starts, blah, blah, blah. And. It sold out within the weekend that I was away. I was like, Oh, okay. Now isn't that the perfect evidence? Like, isn't that just the perfect evidence? One, that actually, when you slow down, you speed up your results. And two, what I love there is that's a perfect demonstration of what it means to shift and change your internal landscape so that then your. experience, reaction, relation to the thoughts that normally occur, which means you've definitely shifted identity because yeah, you've got some things on your to do list, but they're no longer screaming at you. They're no longer enforcing terror and fear and all of these things on you. So that you can relax so that you have access. Again, this is what I mean, like you have access to all of those beautiful things that fill you up fully present with your family, joy, creativity, solution, opportunity, all of those like juicy things, which is why we're here. Like, that's what we're here for. We're here for pleasure, obviously, like we need to take action, but when we can do it in a way that feels more juicy, that feels more pleasurable, that feels more like, Oh, I actually get to enjoy this human experience. Like, isn't that why we're doing what we're doing? Yeah, absolutely. Isn't that why you created the business so that you can have those times with your family? Yeah. 100%. If you have it to do with screaming at you and like, you know, and you're in your head and you're fighting yourself the whole time, it wouldn't have been a restful holiday. It wouldn't have reset you, but now because you allowed yourself to have that present time, you fully were able to sink into joy and love and connection and all those beautiful juicy things. Now, when you take action, it is potent action. You are so much quicker at what you're doing because you have all the juice available to you. And you know that when you're going to put that down, you're putting it down. And then you're focusing again on the next thing or the family or whatever it is. And that's how this completely changes your life. Absolutely. And I'll, I'll even just attest to one last thing was that in the process of advertising and promoting this workshop, I, again, had no, like, I just didn't feel any Like fears or worries, like there was, if it did come up, there was like that doubt of like, Oh, will it sell out? Will I blah blah blah? It was like, no, this is gonna be fine. Like it's gonna be fine. And again, I didn't even have like that stomach churning or little tightness or any sort of worries about it because I knew it was gonna be fine. I'd done it before and so it was just rinse and repeat really, but at the same time There wasn't that moment where in the past, I've had to really knuckle down and do some mindset shifting for myself to know that I'm going to be okay. And this whole process is going to be okay. And I am going to get the result that I want. So that just makes my heart sing. And I was like, this is why I do this work. This is the exact reason why it makes me feel so happy. Yeah. Isn't it great? Like I have to say for someone you To experience that and to be able to compare it to something else is quite profound. You know, we hear these stories at times, you know, we read about someone saying, Oh, I had a client who did this, isn't that? And you think, wow, that's great. You know, one day maybe that will happen for me. And I'm like, yeah, well, one day it has. So yeah, to build those things is just so amazing. So with all of this, and I mean, even if there was no stolen car. Or situation, I know that working with you would still have had profound shifts and moments within my life and what I do and who I am to equally lead me to this moment in time and bring me into this place where I feel, I do feel like that safety, I do feel that security and I do feel like that there's that inner strength within me to move forwards with more things that I want to do. Bigger projects, bigger, you know, bigger ideas to bring to life. So yeah, more impact to make and more hearts to change and more minds to shift. And yes, I love that so much. Yeah, absolutely. So yeah, this is what this episode's been about. Testimony to Nikki's amazing work. Oh, thank you. But also just to reiterate, like when we are going through difficult times, how important it is to have someone there, no matter who it is, that you feel like can support you and hold space for you and guide you through those moments. And also to know that These shifts that we do experience, they're not to be a permanent tattoo. They're not to be like there to hold you back. We're moving through them to get to the other side, to get to the other side, like it's a nursery rhyme or a story somewhere to get to the other side so that we can continue living this fullness of our life that we are 100 percent entitled to. Yeah. And I think that's, if we were going to round it all off, that's like. That's probably the biggest mission is on my heart is for everyone to experience their own divine power and how powerful they are, like actually the essence of them, because I do believe that the world is a good place. I do believe that people are inherently good. I do believe that when you get to access your own unique essence and then bring forth or birth into the world. Whatever it is, like whatever your signature or mark is on the world, like that's when the world becomes a magical place. That's when the world is like, you know, is that utopia because we are all experiencing it like this, you know, and that's how I see my part in this, like, is, you know, integral in helping people shift in that to be more free to be more clear so that we are because, you know, like I do when we feel this way. We are better mothers, we are better partners, we are better daughters, we are better sisters, we are better, you know, friends, we are better strangers, we have better interactions across the board, and when we can bring that kind of loving, beautiful, free, clear energy into the world, it does make the world a better place.
